Can no longer upload images

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me. Until three days ago, my blog, oneyearproject.com, was running fine, I was uploading images and applying the Lightbox effect. Suddenly, when I try to upload an image I get a “The uploaded file was only partially uploaded.” error message. This seems to have coincided with my hosting service updating the databases. I have been communicating with them for days and they can’t come up with anything helpful.
Does anyone know what I should do next?
