    Since the last update, I can no longer import reviews.
    There used to be a button on the My reviews tab, now there is a message saying :

    You have connected your Trustindex account, so you can find premium functionality under the “Trustindex admin” tab. You no longer need this tab unless you choose the limited but forever free mode.

    So how can you now import reviews?

    Hello, @feedarmy !

    If you have an account in Trustindex, you do not have to refresh them. It is done automatically. Just use the widgets generated in admin.trustindex.io.

    If you do not want to keep the account (with its benefits), you can switch back to free working by disconnecting your Trustindex account with your WordPress site.

    Hello Tom, you did answer my question, however, it no longer pulls in new reviews as you describe. I have to disconnect from the review platform, reconnect then set everything up, and only then are reviews imported. Which is a big task to do, to import new reviews. I don’t see this plugin to be effective as it was before the latest update.
    It basically makes the plugin unusable.

    Hello, @feedarmy !

    As I see, you are using widgets generated in “Free Widget Configurator” tab on your site (https://feedarmy.com/) so you are using the plugin in free mode.

    In free mode, you can show the latest 10 reviews and there is no automatic review update. So you have to do it manually. You can do it under the “My reviews” tab, weeekly once.
