Can no longer back-up my database

Excuse me if this should have been placed in another category. I’ve spent 20 minutes trying to find out how and where to post it.
I can no longer back-up my database.
I could do it before but now it doesn’t seem to finish exporting.

First, i don’t know what plugin you are using. But i tried some backup plugins like Updraftplus and AIO WP Migration can work well to back up my sites. You can try it
