Can my Static HTML page overwrite my wordpress template?

Im not sure if there’s a way to properly add a static HTML page to a wordpress “page” without having conflicting theme issues. Because the WP theme will be trying to overwrite the HTML static page theme right?

I created a standalong landing page with a completely different look and I would like to put it as a “page” within my WP dashboard and make it so that the normal WP theme is not conflicting with my landing page theme.

Can this plugin help me achieve this?
