    Hi,

    If I’m understanding correctly, only one ticket status can be designated as closed, e.g. “Ticket Closed” status.

    There is an option to not allow customers to reply to closed tickets (but, for example, allow agents to reply to closed tickets). This is really useful.

    If I have an intermediate ticket status, e.g. “With External Supplier” (or something similar), can it be set up that the customer cannot reply to this intermediate status also (in addition to not being able to reply to the closed ticket later on)?

    I hope I’m making sense ?? . I also have set up for the ticket to automatically change status when a customer replies (which I’m finding very useful during normal to-from between an agent and a customer).
