Can multiple ranks have same priority?

I wanted to know if there could be multiple ranks with different requirements but the same priority? More specifically can I have the following rank setup within a single rank type?

P1 – Rank A
P2 – Rank B
P3 – Rank C
P4 – Rank D,E,F,G
P5 – Rank H,I,J,K
P6 – Rank L,M
P7 – Rank N
(P for the Priority level)

So there could be multiple paths one could take to reach Level N.

e.g.,

User 1 Path = A > B > C > F > J > M > N
User 2 Path = A > B > C > G > H > L > N

Can this be possible?

And what if someone earns multiple ranks of the same priority level by meeting the requirements? Would it break the site? stop showing the rank? or would show multiple ranks of the same type.
