CAN login on iPhone, CANNOT login on pc

I just set up my wordpress site with DreamHost a couple of hours ago. I made it to the login page and attempted to log in, with no luck. I thought this might be a typical delay since I just set everything up this evening.
But I went to my iPhone and COULD log into my new site. I again, tried logging in from my computer several times and it comes back with ‘ERROR. Invalid Username. Lost Your Password? I tried from my dad’s computer and also can’t get in from there. I tried resetting the password several times via an email and nothing has made it to my inbox. Still, I can get into the site through my iPhone!

Can anyone offer some suggestions?
Is this typical for the phone servers to be updated before my computer?
I am new to this and appreciate any help you can give! Thank you.
