Can login, but rest of the pages are blank

  • I just upgraded one of my blogs to 2.5. and I can get to the login screen with no problem; but once I login, the rest of my pages are blank.

    Is there a specific way to downgrade back to 2.3? Will overwriting the new 2.5 files with the 2.3 files work, or is there more to be done (i.e. in the database)?

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

  • I have seen this under 2.3 on my blog and found that it was caused by plugins. Go to your plugin folder (on the server) and either remove or move all your plugins and then retry the logging in.

    If that solves it, move the plugins back to the folder one by one to see which one causes blanking.

    I tried doing as you said, and unfortunately, I’m still getting a blank page. I had only one plugin to remove, and that was the Viper’s video quicktags. I removed that particular directory, emptied my temp files and cookies, then tried logging back into admin panel w/no luck. ??
