Can log in, but cant get to dashboard…

    Hi,

    I recently intalled wordpress using easywp.php (https://www.funscripts.net/php-scripts/)

    Now i seem to be able to log in fine, but once i have logged in and am at the home page, all the links in the admin bar seem to just refresh my page rather then taking me to the links on the dashboard…

    the pages seem to retain their page extentions however? (eg. https://www.elliotkidd.com/wp-admin/themes.php/ etc will still just sit on the home page)

    So i am unable to fill my website with any content!

    im a complete beginner at this so any help would be greatly appreciated!

    my website is https://www.elliotkidd.com (which is redirected to a tumblr blog at the moment)(If anyone could tell me how to undo that redirection aswell that would relqaly help! cpanel seems to think there is no redirection?)

    Start by asking your hosts for assistance in removing that redirect. You cannot use the same domain name on 2 completely different sites.
