can it work with CC Bill for VOD pay per view?

I would like to charge users to view individual videos. I would use the CC Bill VOD method, where a one time login/password would be issued to the user to take payment to enable access to the video file. The login/password would expire in say 7 days (for example sake).

This shouldn’t be confused with recurring payment subscriptions. The rest of my WordPress site would be free to registered users e.g. photos are free to view. It’s just the individual videos I want to charge for.

I would also like to know if this can be achieved via streaming view the player only, rather than file download. Preferably I’d like to restrict it to only streaming, to minimise my videos ending up on torrents ??
