Can it send notification about posts on sub sites?

I have a multisite setup. 1 main site and 5 sub sites. My users subscribe via my main page, but I dont post to my main page. I post to my sub sites (blogs) I want users subscribed to my main site to receive notifications when I post to one of my sub sites?
