Can it be used to open all posts images in lightbox?

Hi there!

Someone knows if does Responsive Lightbox & Gallery plugin can be used to automatically make all the images in all my blog posts be open in lightbox?

I would like to make all my blog posts images open its large sizes in lightbox, automatically, and was wondering if does this plugin can make it. If so, how can I achieve this result, please?
