Can it be limited to certain categories?

I need this feature, too.

I want to restrict the capability of uploading to only be available with the comments on a specific PAGE (not post). Is this possible and if so, how?

If not, is there a workaround…or another plug-in that does it?

In case you are curious, I need to be able to allow potential clients to upload specs to get a bid for the project. I don’t want the spammers uploading documents onto every page and post on the website.

I want to use pages so that I can control access. The page won’t be accessible to anyone unless I give them the URL.

This plugin would be great, if I can restrict the page it works on.

I will bump that as well. My client wants to enable this feature on a post-by-post basis, exclusively from comments being enabled. In other words, if there were a checkbox in the post admin that was in the same list as “enable comments” (a child of it?), that would be ideal.
