Can it be integrated via API?

    Hi there!

    We currently ask our customers for reviews on a Google Sheet page, where we keep track of the reviews (we measure NPS).
    I was wondering if it’s possible to still use my sheet but every time a new review is added, to add it to your plugin via an API call.

    Is that possible?

    Also, is this plugin “compatible” with the review meta for Google? I read somewhere that it will automatically “get it” and show it as review, is that true?

    Sorry, I forgot to ask something else: is it possible to change the start from 1-5 to 0-10? (as in NPS).

    1. I’m not sure what you mean by NPS. Site Reviews provides a handful of helper functions, including one to create a review (see the Help > Functions page). Would this be what you are looking for?

    2. Site Reviews provides supporting JSON-LD schema for the AggregateRating of your reviews. To use the schema, set the schema preferences in the settings and the enable the schema option on the shortcodes or blocks.

    4. To allow a 0-star rating, simply change the “Required Fields” settings and uncheck the rating field.
