Can invoices just be generated for people in specific areas?

    My client has three states (hawaii, alaska, puerto rico) where they do not
    calculate shipping on the fly – they have to manually figure out how many boxes
    the order will need before they can tack on shipping and process the order.

    They want to see if there is a way to have the user request the order, get sent a note that tells them they will receive a final invoice once shipping has been
    calculated – then when the client knows the shipping charges, they want to be able
    to enter it into the system (woocommer) and have an invoice sent to the buyer that
    they can THEN approve and enter their credit card info and submit.

    Can your plugin here get used only for the folks in these three states? Fun problem, huh? ??

    Unfortunately, this plugin doesn’t have the features you need, but we can suggest you to check the Yith Request a Quote plugin, that can be very helpful for this task.
