Can in insert a Shortcode into one of the Ribbon sections?

Hi,
When I insert a Shortcode for Instagram images into either of the Ribbon sections, I just have the shortcode displaying on the website, instead of the actual images.
I would like to have the Instagram images displaying within the Ribbon section, instead of the standard text and buttons.
Is there a way to enable this?

Apologies, I don’t like to put the website URL as people then try to sell their products and services, which is really annoying.
