Can I use Wordfence on WPEngine? Yes you can! :)

  • Greetings all. We have a new release for Wordfence today, version 7.4.0, featuring something many of you have been waiting for. ??

    Please update when you are able.

    • Improvement: Added a MySQL-based configuration and data storage for the WAF to expand the number of hosting environments supported (including WPEngine!). For more detail, see: https://www.wordfence.com/help/firewall/mysqli-storage-engine/
    • Improvement: Updated bundled GeoIP database.
    • Fix: Fixed several console notices when running via the CLI.
