Can I use this to populate the 'To' field?

I have implemented the Contact 7 form, but I have 9 contacts that I want pages for. Currently, I have implemented one page per contact, but wonder if I can use this plugin to just have the one form, and pass parameters in to it?I wouldn’t want to insert the contact email address as a parameter, so how could I (for example) pass the parameter ‘chair’ to get the ‘To’ field to populate with ‘[email protected]’
