Can I Use This Plugin To Convert External Links In Post To Internal?

Hello, i want to know if i can use this plugin to change the external links in my post to internal links. That is, if there is an outside link in my post, it turns the link to mine and redirect it to that outside link wen u open it .

If not the way i explained it, can some some tell mehw i ll do it at least?
