Can i use this plugin on a site with SSL Certificate?

    For security purposes my WordPress website runs only/exclusively on HTTPS secure connection. Regarding this i have 2 questions to you:

    1- Can this plugin be used on a WordPress website running with a SSL Certificate or are there any problems?

    2- Will the W3 Total Cache still be effective and add performance to my site even using the SSL Certificate? Im asking this because a fried told me that with SSL Certificates no cache was possible.

    3- We also plan to use a CDN on our website. So do you know any problems when using your plugin on my SSL WordPress site using a CDN?
