Can I use this plugin in Custom Post Type instead of Post/Page?

I’m interesting to purchase your product in Pro version.
However, can I use this plugin in Custom Post Type instead of Post/Page?
I tried in the free version but it doesn’t allow me to do so as the shortcode cannot be used in Custom Post Type.
