Can I use the Stripe iPhone app with WooCommerce Payments?

    I’ve just added WooCommerce Payments to my website and can access the payments received and transaction details from the Payments on my website, and also from the Woo iPhone app.

    I also installed the Stripe iPhone app but when I login to that there are none of the payment or transaction details at all, so I’m wondering if the app is only for non-WooCommerce Stripe accounts?

    During testing I ended up with several Stripe accounts but as far as I can tell I’m logging into the same account on the app. I can’t even delete the unwanted accounts to clean things up and reduce the confusion.

    I contacted Stripe a few times and they only give me web links to see the payment details which always result in an error message: No such payment_intent: ‘……’

    You are correct! With WooCommerce Payments you create an Expressed Stripe account and you will only be able to access that account details through WooCommerce Payments settings page. You will see the transactions directly on your site Payments > Transactions page. I believe Stripe’s iOS app is for the Standard Stripe accounts so these transactions will not show on your app.

    You will need to contact us at WooCommerce.com to request the account deletion if you have created multiple express accounts. You can create a ticket to request the deletion of the accounts.
