can i use the "include 'examplefile.php'" or something like thisin contactforms?

    i want to add a php include tag or something else in some contactforms. I need a placeholder for a value that appears in 20 other forms. Sometimes i need to edit this value und i dont want edit all 20 forms every time.
    I try to add a php include but it dont works. Is theire any other solution for this? I need this for a normal textfield and a hiddenfield.
