Can I use placeholders for custom replaceable values?

Hi, guys and girls

I have a challenge, and I have a strong feeling this has been done before, but I struggle to find information about it. The setting is that I have different text on a lot of different pages, and small parts of that text changes constantly. For example the number of employees, revenue, number of customers/sales etc. What I do now if we get a new employee, is that I manually edit the 15 or so different pages that states the number of our employees.

So my question is as follows; Is it possible for me somehow to write “We are currently {placeholder_for_employees} people working at our office”, and state the value of {placeholder_for_employees} somewhere so I can change all the pages at once?

And yes, I’m a noob ??
