Go Daddy just does some weird stuff with their SMTP ports and sending limits so we have a special exception for helping get everything right for Go Daddy hosting. If you are using anyone else then you are still fine. Just don’t check that box. As we find other hosting providers that have special configuration needs we will probably add them in the same place as the Go Daddy checkbox. Feel free to configure your own sending limits or check with your own hosting provider to make sure you stay in their good graces. Or, if you want to send through someone other than your hosting provider Or Gmail, the next release of the pro version (Due out in the next day or two) will include additional sending options that don’t require you to send through your Hosting provider and should also give you better inbox delivery rates.
