Can I use it with Digital Ocean Spaces

It will work with Digital Ocean. I would recommend having a look at the documentation for this: https://docs.ewww.io/article/22-how-to-use-s3-image-optimizer and make sure you are defining your region and endpoint constants.

Also note that this only works with EWWW Image Optimizer to do the actual optimization.
