Can I use CF7 for email sign up form?

  • I am fairly new to this stuff, although I have used CF7 before for a basic contact form. I want to build a hero section on a wordpress site with some text and a field for email to be entered and submitted to email newsletter list at Aweber.

    Is it possible to do this with ContactForm7 free version? If so, is there any guide on doing so? Thanks
