    Hi,

Unfortunately there’s no categorization option available.

How would you imagine this would work?

    Thanks,
    Jeroen

i guess it would be something like this:

    1. admin could create some categories (maybe subcats, but prob not necessary)

    2. when creating/editing a note, could assign the note to a category

    3. if not assigned, note would go into a default general category

the idea is that i’d like to create some cats so that i can keep the notes organized as in the following cats:

    Theme customizations
    W3TC custom setup
    Yoast settings
    Supermarket reminders
    (etc….)

this way, for example, i could pull up just my Theme Customizations notes to review/edit/add-to

    does this help?

thanks, been dying to find a way to enter some quick notes for code modifications and such

    thanks ??

    Hi,

Thank you for the elaboration ??

I see what you mean, and like the idea, but I do think this is (very) hard to incorporate in the plugin / WP dashboard.

I’ve got two possible suggestions for you though:
    1) Use a custom post type, you can set this up via a number of plugins, and use categories with it, which sounds like it would fit your needs ??

    2) GistBoxApp if you’re using Git(Hub) works great for me for code snippets / modifications. Not sure what you’re exactly looking to save, but this may work.

Thank you again for taking the time to request a feature, its very important for me (and other developers) to have people like you who make feature suggestions like these ??

    Jeroen
