Can I use a plugin provided for free with a theme, with another theme?

Hello,
I’m new to this forum, but I have used WordPress for a few months now.
As per title, if I buy a theme that includes a plugin for free, if I then buy another theme, can I use the plugin with that too?

For example, if I buy Sahifa which includes plugin Taqyeem, then I am free to use that plugin with any further theme I buy?
