Can I use a FORM with POST to external URL?

    Hi, shortcoder seems excellent.. however I am having difficulty implementing a custom FORM that I need on my site to submit a payment to an external URL. Am I banging my head against a brick wall or can this be accomplished?

    <form method=”post” https://demo.transact.nab.com.au/live/hpp/payment&gt;
    <input type=”hidden” name=”vendor_name” value=”ZZZZZXXZZ”>
    etc..
