All my sites have generated the same malware issues because one of my plugins started using PHPseclib which uses the eval function.

I know they’re false positives but it’s a long process to exclude directories on each individual site.

Is there a way to exclude directories on multiple sites in one go?

    Thanks

    Hello @brightbluegum,

Simply give us the link to the plugin in question. We will analyze it and approve its files in our system globally, then after synchronization the scanner will be also approving them too automatically on any website.

    Waiting for your reply.

    Here are the main culprits.

    MainWP Child 4.5.1

    Eg:

    wp-content/plugins/mainwp-child/libs/phpseclib/vendor/phpseclib/phpseclib/phpseclib/Common/Functions/Strings.php

    Security by CleanTalk 2.118

    Eg:

    wp-content/plugins/security-malware-firewall/lib/CleantalkSP/Common/Scanner/HeuristicAnalyser/Modules/Evaluations.php

    WooCommerce 8.1.1

    Eg:

    wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-download-handler.php

    SEOPress 7.0

    Eg:

    wp-content/plugins/wp-seopress/vendor/phpseclib/phpseclib/phpseclib/Common/Functions/Strings.php

    WordPress 6.3.1

    Eg:

    wp-includes/SimplePie/Misc.php

    Thank you for the details.
Please, send the files for the analysis:
    https://cleantalk.org/help/files-analysis

They will be approved globally if they are safe.

Fixed. No more false positives in the Malware Scanner after I sent all the files for analysis.

    Thank you.
