Can I transfer Multisite to another domain?

  • I decided a month into running a WordPress-powered community to go for multisite, so I am installing it on a subdomain and intend to transfer it to the main domain.

    Will I be able to do so without corrupting the subdomain creation system?

    While I’m here: Is there also any other problems I may run into importing the tables from the WordPress/Buddypress to a multisite WordPress/Buddypress?
