Can I take Subscribers with me when I move blogs?

I’m moving my blog from WordPress.com (https://www.jonathanriggs.wordpress.com) to the self hosted www.remarpro.com (https://www.thatjonathanriggs.com). I have successfully moved the posts and comments. Is there a way I can also take my subscribers with me?
