Can I submit a custom value to certain field?

Hi,

I want to use a single contact form, where user will land from different pages.

I want one field to contain value based on from which page they visited the contact page. Is there any way I can achieve it? I am comfortable with PHP solution as well but I can’t seem to think of correct keywords to google it.

Any help will be great.
