Can I stream a webcam to WP?

My tennis club wants to use webcams to monitor condition of courts and display the images on out WP website.

We already have one camera, from CamSecure, and this was working for a time linked to a webpage. However, this became unreliable due, they said, to increased internet security and we changed to use their “Webcam Hosting” service. This works fine.

We now want to add a second webcam and CAMSecure seem to have gone off-grid, not answering emails, phone, etc. so I wonder if they’ve stopped trading.

So, my question is……is it possible to use an IP webcam and stream to a webpage without using a hosting service? If it is then I would be grateful if someone could offer advice on what type of camera I would need and what I need to do in WordPress to achieve this.
