Just make sure you paste the code in the right CSS stylesheet and clear all caches.

I did copy and paste it. I did clear the cache. It’s not working :-/

Can you tell me where you are implementing the code?
I think another stylesheet might be overriding it.

I see the code on lines 2375-2377 of the stylesheet. The issue is that the added code is contained within a @media query that begins at line 2343 and ends at line 2427, and because of that, the code only applies if the browser’s width is less than 800 pixels.

You should delete the code from the stylesheet and use a custom CSS plugin instead. If you edit the theme’s stylesheet directly, as you’ve done, you’ll lose those changes if the theme is ever updated, to fix bugs or security issues or to add new features. Using a custom CSS plugin protects your changes.

Less plugins is better, I suggest you use or create a child theme instead.
