Can I sort filed order in Ticket Field

    Can I sort fields in Ticket Field because it not sort like customer ticker field. It makes me complicated to see order of problem.

    Hi @pexza,

    Ticket list header sorting is available but sorting by customer is not available.
    You can use filter for filtering tickets of the customer.

    If we didn’t understood it correctly, please explain or feel free to create ticket on our website.
