Can I somehow make it scroll to a different id?

  • Hi!

    I am currently experimenting with this nice plugin and I want to use it with another tabs plugin. My goal is to make the tabs sticky on the top of the page and scroll back to their content when they are clicked.
    Now, in my tabs plugin the tabs are already automatically defining my target URLs, e.g. https://mytest.com/#tab1, I cannot change these.
    So is there a way to make Page Scroll to Id work like this:
    When I click this already predefined #tab1 link I want to smoothly scroll to #someotherid and not to the predefined #tab1 id. Is this possible?

    Hello,

    I’m not sure I responded to your request by email (or I missed the notification). Anyway, in order to do what you describe, you’d need to add custom javascript code to your theme.

    The plugin provides a way to scroll to an id programmatically but you’ll need to hire a web developer to write the custom code for your site/theme and tabs plugin.
