Can I show TEXT and Image ?

Hi, I would like to show the regular Nav Bar TEXT on top of the Image. At the moment I have to create an Image for each Menu Item, with the Text in it. I think it would be nice if we could upload a Background Image. One for active, one for hover and one for regular for example. Then if we add more pages, it automatically shows the page title and the image… is this possible now? Or would you consider this a festure request?
