    Hi,

    I have cart flows installed for the customised checkout and thank you page.
    However, the payment processing plugin I have installed redirected traffic to the woomcommerce “Order received” page. Is there something I can do? Can I change the page to cart flows thank you in the WooCommerce settings?

    Thank you for writing in!

    The CartFlows thank you page cannot be set in the WooCommerce Setting because its not in the CartFlows working scope.

    But, if you have made the payment from the CartFlows Checkout page then you will be redirected to the CartFlows thank you page and if you are making the payment from the default WooCommerce’s Checkout page then you will be redirected to the Order Received page of WooCommerce.

    To avoid it, you can try using the Global Checkout feature of the CartFlows.

    Hi, thank you for your reply.
    I have my Cartflows checkout set as global. It works as intended when I test it with cash on delivery etc, but when I use the Trust Payments 3DS2 plugin (That’s what I have to use) – after the payment goes through it does not take me to the Cartflows Thank you page. It goes to the WooCommerce one.
    Is it possible that the payment processing plugin is forcing a redirect to some other page that is not Cartflows? Is this something I will have to get in contact with them about?

    Yes. If you are using a global checkout and it is happening with only that payment gateway then it is sure that the payment gateway is forcing a redirect to the default WooCommerce’s thank you page.

    To help with this, I would suggest to get in touch with that payment gateway authors and if in case you requires our help, then please let us know. We will be happy to assist you.

    Please let me know your thoughts on this.
