Can I restore partially from an updraft plus backup or if it did not complete BU

I thought I would would try to clean up my wp ecommerce menu a bit, and deleted a category that seemed redundant. Of course I cant remember the category name now. Thinking that I was just deleting the category but it appears to have deleted the products too because now I only have two products worth of pages. UGH!

I have updraft plus running but it appears it did not complete it’s last back up on the 15th. I did not realize it stopped on big files, of which I had 3, I will make a point of making them smaller. I don’t want to do a total restore because I would rather not lose all the work I have done over the past few days.

Do you have any suggestions on how I might be able to get that category back without restoring everything and overwriting anything new?

AND/OR- Can I restore at all if updraft plus did not complete the backup process?
