Can I restore from a Duplicator Lite backup file?

    My blog was hacked this month. So to visitors, it diplays only a blank window now, they vandalized it pretty well.

    The login URL still works, however, I can get to the Control Panel to do things, including pulling up the still running Duplicator Lite plugin. As by luck, I still have the 331MB site archive .ZIP file on my laptop that I created 6 months ago with Duplicator *Lite*. Could I restore my blog from this file somehow?
