    Am I able to redirect mobile users to list view with the free version? I found various code snippets but they are very old from 9 or so years ago.

    The ability to differentiate calendar views between desktop and mobile views is a feature that ships with the Events Calendar Pro add-on premium plugin (see The Events Calendar Settings Overview).
