Can I re-order the categories?

Also, for my wish list, would be he ability to use the gallery content pop-up but indicate if there are additional images to see behind each image. In other words, most of my images are stand-alone but some have some additional images behind them. I’d like to be able to tell people that if you click on the images with the “red border” (or whatever the indication is) you’ll see associated pictures.
