Can I pin a video?

    Hi

    I’d like to have a ‘pinned’ video that always shows first in the feed. Is this something the plugin can do?

    Or, if I make the video ‘featured’ in youtube would that work to keep it at the top of the feed in the plugin?

    Hi @harmlessvikmartin,

    Thank you for contacting us! I apologize for the delay in our response. Unfortunately, the plugin doesn’t have a pin option; it will show the latest video at the top; using the PRO version, you could display a single video feed that could work as a pinned video on your site.

    So just to confirm, if I made the video into a ‘featured’ video on youtube would it still drop down the feed on my site?

    ?Thank you for your response. The video should still show up on your feed, but it will not be at the top or be marked as featured.

    If this video is not showing up, please send us a support request using the form on our website here, including the System Info. To obtain this information, you can follow this link.

    We ask you to use our form, as the System Info contains other website information and the Access Token for your connection, which we do not suggest posting here.
