Can I pay someone to upload a theme I purchased?

  • Hi, I bought a theme from themeforest and I am not a big computer wiz when it comes to uploading themes and stuff. I really like the theme i bought..but I cant get it uploaded. Will gladly pay someone to uploaded it and get it running like it should be.

  • I’m not sure how that works as far as paying someone on here but there are a lot of people that help voluntarily.

    If you have the .zip file on your computer then goto plugins / add new in the wordpress admin panel. Click on upload, then browse for the .zip file and click install. Once installed it will give you the option to activate that theme. Should be good from there.

    Wouldn’t it be in themes and not plugins? ??

    If you have the .zip file, in your Admin panel/page, look on the left hand side navigational bar and look for ‘Appearance’ category.

    Click on ‘Add New Theme’ and the right hand content page will load and show you a few options – Search, Upload, Featured, Etc.

    Click on Upload and upload your theme and if all goes well, you should have an option to activate it.

    Once activated, you’re good to go.

    I’m sorry, you’re right, it was a typo. Thinking one thing and typing something else.
