    Hi,

    Yes, UpdraftPlus can do that. If the URL of your new site is the same as your old site, then it’s a ‘restore’ operation, which the free plugin supports. If you change URL (i.e. restore at a different web address than the backup was created at), then you’ll need the paid version – https://updraftplus.com/shop/updraftplus-premium/ .
