Can I move existing images into the sub domain without 404 errors?

    I have 1.5GB images on my hosting account. I wish to use a CDN service along with CloudFlare. Therefore I have to move all my images into a sub domain. Can anyone please tell me how do I move all the images into a sub domain without getting images not found error. I use Cpanel hosting account (Bluehost).
