Can I map multiple fields to a single item

I’m doing an import for a client and I purchased the pro version of this plugin. They have multiple fields in their XML that they would like to map to tags.
I don’t see a way to map multiple fields to one field in the importer?

Example: I would like to map Topics, Sponsor, Sentiment, and Multimedia (these fields exist in the XML for each item) to the Tags taxonomy.

Is there a way to do this?
