Can I make the category indexes my main menu tabs?

    Is it possible to have the category index pages as the pages to link to from my main menu?

    ^ I am tryingto build this music site. There are catgeories for reviews, interviews etc… but what I want is the main tabs to have all the content listed in… at the moment they are just static pages.

    If anyone can help me out I would be resally greatful.
